LifeWinsART prints are professionally produced versions of original artwork. Most prints and selected products are made especially for you after your order is placed through my production partner, Printful.
Because each item is produced on demand, it may take a little longer than buying something already sitting in a warehouse - but thoughtful work is worth the wait.

Most Printful-made products are produced within approximately 2-7 business days before shipping. Printful's average fulfillment time is often around 2-5 business days, but the exact time can vary depending on the product, production location, and current order volume.
Shipping time comes after production and depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

LifeWinsART ships to most countries worldwide, wherever legal restrictions and available carriers allow.
Printful-made products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the product and delivery address. Original and commissioned paintings are prepared and shipped personally by me from the location where the artwork is currently held.

Shipping costs for prints and other Printful-made products depend on the product, order size, and destination and are shown during checkout.
For original and commissioned paintings, shipping is calculated individually. The final cost depends on the artwork's size, value, location, destination, packaging requirements, carrier, tracking, and available transport insurance.

Not always. Different products may be produced at different locations or require separate packaging to keep them safe.
For example, a print, a mug, and an original painting may arrive in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment whenever tracking is available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.
For Printful-made products, shipping and tracking information is sent to the LifeWinsART Shopify store. You can follow your shipment through your shipping email or Shopify order-status page. If an order is divided into multiple shipments, each package may have its own tracking number.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges depending on the destination.
Some charges may be collected during checkout, while others may be charged by the local customs authority or carrier when the package arrives. Any duties, taxes, or fees that were not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Every original LifeWinsART painting is a hand-created, one-of-one artwork. It has its own texture, details, brushstrokes, and story that cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way.
Each original is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming that it is an original work by Lukas Wank.

Every original is individually prepared and carefully packaged by me.
The carrier, packaging, tracking, and transport insurance are selected based on the artwork's dimensions, value, current location, and destination. Insurance options may vary depending on the country and carrier, and the shipping details will be confirmed before the artwork begins its journey.

A commission begins with your idea. You can share your preferred size, story, subject, colors, style, references, budget, and where the artwork will eventually be displayed.
We will discuss your vision, the creative direction, expected timeline, price, and shipping details before the work begins. Throughout the process, I will keep you updated on the progress of your painting.

Reference images, photographs, sketches, and mood boards can help me understand your vision, but they are used as inspiration rather than something to copy exactly.
Every commission is interpreted through the artistic style of LifeWinsART. The finished painting will be a new and original artwork that combines your idea with my own artistic expression.

Every commissioned artwork is different, so there is no single production time.
The estimated timeline depends on the size, materials, level of detail, creative process, and my current workload. The expected timeframe will be discussed and agreed with you before the work begins.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
This generally includes ready-made original paintings and standard, non-personalized prints or products. A product is not automatically excluded from withdrawal simply because it is produced after the order is placed.
Commissioned paintings and other products created according to a customer's individual specifications are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. The complete conditions, deadlines, and return instructions can be found in the Cancellation Policy.

For damaged items, please also send clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. Keep the item and packaging until the case has been reviewed. I will work with you and the production or shipping partner to find the appropriate solution.
For Printful-made products, verified manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage may qualify for a replacement or refund through Printful's claims process. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
